Integrations
The Integrations page lists the outside services Gabriel works with. Click a tile to set that service up.
Go to Settings > Integrations. You need the Manage organization settings permission, which admins have.
Some connections belong to each person rather than the company. Everyone sets those up themselves: email and calendar under Settings > Email & Calendar, and Zoom from the Zoom page.
The integrations
Section titled “The integrations”| Tile | What it does | Who sets it up | Article |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSA | Imports companies and contacts from Autotask, and pushes companies, contacts and opportunities to it. | An admin, once for the company | Autotask integration |
| Twilio | Calling from Gabriel through your company’s Twilio account. | An admin, once for the company | Twilio calling |
| AI | Your AI provider and key, and which AI features are on. | An admin, once for the company | AI |
| Seamless.ai | Prospecting for new leads, and filling in contact details. | An admin, once for the company | Seamless.ai |
| Zoom | Zoom links on meetings you host. | Each person, for their own account | Zoom meeting links |
| Documents | Links each company to its folder in SharePoint or Google Drive. | An admin, once for the company | Documents |
Your account manager turns PSA and Seamless.ai on for your company. Until then, their tiles don’t appear.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace aren’t on this page. Each person connects their own under Settings > Email & Calendar. See Email & Calendar.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Connect email and calendar first. Booking links, the Inbox, meeting logging and Teams or Google Meet links all depend on each person’s own connection. Ask everyone to connect on their first day.
- Use a dedicated service account for company-wide integrations. Connect Autotask, Twilio and Seamless.ai with an account that belongs to the company, not to one employee. The connection keeps working when that person leaves.
- Test each connection after you set it up. Autotask, Seamless.ai and Twilio have a Test connection step. A connection that saves but doesn’t test can fail silently later.
- Admins: keep a record of who set up each integration and where the keys live. When a key expires or is rotated, you’ll know where to change it.
