Templates and AI for pages

Start a new landing page from a ready-made template, or describe the page and let AI draft it for you. Either way you get a draft in the page designer to edit. Nothing is published until you publish it.

Click New page on the Pages screen in the Engage group to see the templates and Generate with AI.

To use AI you need permission to draft landing pages and to use AI. Every role except Viewer and Billing contact has both by default. Your company also needs an AI provider set up under Settings > Integrations > AI.

Templates are preset sections with sample copy. Your brand guide styles the page, so a template has no colors or fonts of its own.

Template What’s on it
Demo request Hero with the form beside it, customer logos, benefits, testimonials and FAQ
Lead magnet Offer a guide or checklist in exchange for an email address
Webinar Date, what attendees will learn, hosts and registration
Local service Ratings, reviews and online booking
Event Date and venue, agenda, FAQ and RSVP
Product launch What’s new, results and a waitlist
Free trial Benefits, logos, testimonials and a trial sign-up
Consultation How it works, testimonials and booking a free call

The sample copy, names and numbers are placeholders. Replace them before you publish. Templates have no images or videos, and their form and booking sections start empty: pick your form or booking page in the designer.

  1. Click New page, then Generate with AI.
  2. Under What’s the page for?, describe the audience, the offer and what visitors should do. You can write up to 2,000 characters.
  3. Pick a Brand guide and a Form, or choose No form.
  4. Click Generate page.

AI writes a page name and 6 to 9 sections, from a hero at the top to a footer at the bottom, in your brand guide’s tone. If you picked a form, the page gets a form section with it.

Each section in the designer has an AI menu.

  • Rewrite copy keeps the section and rewrites its text. Pick Shorter, More persuasive or Friendlier, or type what to change in Tell AI what to change.
  • Regenerate section writes a fresh version of the same kind of section.
  • Add a section below adds a new section from a description.

AI keeps the section’s images, video, form and booking page. Check the result and use Undo if you prefer the old version.

  • What AI reads: your request, your company name, website and description (Settings > Company), your active products, and the tone and notes of the brand guide. When it changes a section, it also reads the page’s sections.
  • What AI doesn’t do: it doesn’t add images or videos, and it can’t add an image + text or video section. Add those from the section picker.
  • Links: buttons go to a section on the same page, such as the form. A button links to another website only if that address is in your request, your company details or already on the page.
  • Made-up facts: AI is told not to invent statistics, customer names, quotes or prices. Where it has none from you, it leaves those sections out or writes obvious placeholders.
  • Limits: each person can make 30 AI requests in 5 minutes, across all of Gabriel’s AI features.
  • Cost: each request uses your company’s AI key and counts toward the usage admins see on the Usage tab of the AI settings page. A request that needs a second try to get a usable answer counts twice.
  • Say who the page is for and what they should do. “IT directors at 50-person firms, book a 20-minute security review” gets a sharper page than “a page about security”.
  • Fill in your company description first. AI uses it for every page, so your services and differentiators show up without retyping them.
  • Set a tone and notes on your brand guide. They set the voice of every page and section AI writes.
  • Put real numbers and quotes in your request. AI only uses statistics and testimonials you give it, so a page with real proof converts better than one with placeholders.
  • Pick the form before you generate. The page is then built around the form, with buttons that scroll to it.
  • Read every line before you publish. AI drafts can be wrong about your business. You are publishing it under your name.

“AI is not set up for your organization yet.” No AI provider is set up. An admin can add an OpenAI or Anthropic API key under Settings > Integrations > AI.

“The AI could not write a usable page.” The answer didn’t fit the page builder twice in a row. Try again, or shorten and simplify your request.

“Too many AI requests.” You’ve made 30 AI requests in the last 5 minutes. Wait a few minutes and try again.

“AI can’t add a video section.” AI can’t supply your images or videos. Add an image + text or video section from the section picker and upload your own.
