- Pages. Build landing pages for campaigns, offers and events under Engage > Pages. A page is a stack of sections (hero, features, testimonials, FAQ, form, booking and more) that you edit right on the page, in your brand guide’s colors and fonts. Preview it on desktop, tablet and phone, upload images to a shared image library, set the address and search details in Settings, and publish when it’s ready. Edits after that stay in a draft until you publish again. See Pages.
- Templates and AI for pages. Start a page from one of eight templates, such as Demo request, Webinar or Free trial, or click Generate with AI and describe the page. Each section has an AI button to rewrite its copy, regenerate it or add a section below. AI writes the copy only; your brand guide styles the page. See Templates and AI for pages.
- Custom domains. Serve your pages on a subdomain you own, such as go.yourcompany.com, from Settings > Domains. Custom domains are included in every plan, up to 3 per company. Subdomains only: a root domain such as yourcompany.com isn’t supported. Until a domain is active, pages are on pages.gabrielcrm.com/your-handle/page, and those links move to your domain once it is. See Domains.
- Tracking & pixels. Add your Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads IDs in Settings > Tracking & pixels, and your pages report visits and leads to those tools. Pixels run only on pages served from your own custom domain, and a privacy policy URL starting with https:// is required while any pixel is set. See Tracking & pixels.
- Where every lead came from. Forms now record the campaign tags (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content) and the Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Ads click IDs on the link a visitor followed. Leads and contacts show a First touch and a Latest touch on their Overview tab, and a converted lead’s contact keeps both. See Form analytics. - Page analytics. The Pages list shows each page’s unique views, submissions and conversion rate for the last 30 days, and each page has an Analytics tab with daily charts and its top sources. Bots are left out. See Pages.
- Form analytics. Each form has an Analytics tab: visitors, visits, submissions, conversion rate, sources, and where visitors saw the form. See Form analytics.
- Leads enrich themselves. New leads are enriched automatically when they arrive, with optional Seamless.ai research. You can also re-run enrichment on leads you already have, and Seamless.ai prospecting and enrichment now have separate switches.
- Every lead stage is tracked. A lead moves to Engaged on its own when it replies to your email or a call ends with a positive outcome (Meeting Booked, Interested or Not Now). Each lead keeps a history of its status changes, and the lead funnel report has a new Stage Movement section. On the Leads page, the old Engaged tile is now Working.
- Enroll from the cadence. Enroll leads and contacts from a cadence’s own page, which also explains how a Draft cadence becomes Active.
- Link an email to an opportunity from every screen where you write an email.
- Managers can delete call recordings and remove synced emails.
- Refresh on the Documents tab. A refresh button reloads a record’s documents.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”- A new Settings home. Settings now groups its pages under You, Company, Sales, Scheduling, Website & pages, Email & integrations and System, with Search settings at the top. Every settings page has a Settings link back. See Settings & Integrations.
- Forms on pages. A form’s Settings tab lists the pages that show it under Used on pages, and one form can sit on many pages. See Forms.
- Conversion tracking and consent for embedded forms. A form embedded on your own website can report each lead to the Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or Tag Manager code your site already loads: add
data-gabriel-conversions="true"to the embed code. To make a form wait for your cookie banner before it remembers a visitor, adddata-gabriel-consent="pending". Both are off unless you add them, so forms you’ve already embedded work as before. See Tracking & pixels and Form analytics. - The form “Landing page” mode is replaced by Pages. Forms no longer have a landing page display mode. To give a form a full landing page, build one in Pages and add the form to it. A form’s existing direct link still works: it shows the form with your logo and company name.
- Website and LinkedIn fields open in a new tab.
- Documents folders need a Company Type. A company needs a Company Type before you create or link its documents folder.
- Encrypted email syncs as the envelope only (sender, recipients, subject and date), never its content.
- Email sync errors show Microsoft’s own reason, so it’s clearer what to fix.
- The cadence builder fits narrower windows: the details pane moves below the steps and a long row scrolls sideways.
- Company health scores and churn risk have been removed from companies.
- Forms no longer mark leads as junk when several people submit from the same office or school network.
- Uploaded logo files save correctly in Branding.
- The ZIP code picker keeps its Add button on screen in short windows.
- The dialer stays ready instead of showing an error when it can’t connect on first load, and reconnects on its own when its session expires.
- Images in social posts keep their real size.
