Section titled “Improved”- Autotask sync shows its progress. When you sync a company to Autotask with its contacts or opportunities, the dialog stays open and shows what is being synced and how long it has been running, including while Gabriel checks Autotask for a duplicate company. See Autotask.
- Know when your fix is live. When you send feedback and we fix it, you get an email saying it’s fixed and being tested, and a second one when the fix is live for everyone. Replies from us in My feedback and in these emails now show as “Gabriel team”.
- When Microsoft 365 needs you to sign in again, email sync now pauses until you reconnect in Settings > Email & Calendar, instead of retrying in the background.
- A newly connected Microsoft 365 mailbox now completes its first email sync. Mailboxes connected since the previous release catch up on their own.
