- Overdue deals in the list. An open opportunity whose close date has passed shows the date in red with an Overdue tag in the list, just like on the board. The Close Date > Overdue filter and the Overdue tile now count only open deals, so won and lost deals no longer show up. See Opportunities.
- Contract term on New Opportunity. A recurring deal can have its Contract term (months) set when you create it, so its total value is right from the start.
- Contact local time from the address. A contact’s local time on the record and in the call panel now comes from their address when no time zone is set on the contact.
- Unknown variable warning. The email template editor warns you when a template uses a variable Gabriel can’t fill, rather than sending it blank. See Email templates.
- Move up and Move down in the form builder. Each field has buttons to move it, alongside dragging. See Forms.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”- On the Autotask, Twilio and AI settings pages, each tab has its own Save changes and Discard, so saving or discarding one tab leaves your edits on the other tabs alone.
- Pages show a loading or error state rather than a
0or$0while figures load or when they fail to load. - The opportunity page fits laptop and squarish windows without a second scroll bar.
- The Email button on a contact shows the contact’s full name.
- List pages load faster.
- The Companies and Contacts list tabs (such as Assigned to me, Active and Inactive) now replace the current filter, rather than adding to it.
- Searching for a company name finds all of that company’s contacts, matching the count on the company’s Contacts tab.
- Call works for phone numbers saved with an extension.
- Moving or removing steps in the cadence builder keeps the first step on Day 1.
- Dragging fields in the form builder reorders them reliably, including with the keyboard.
- The Leads page Engaged tile includes Contacted leads.
- My feedback loads again.
