  • Threaded replies in the Inbox. Replies are grouped into conversations, you can Reply all, download attachments, and switch between folders with tabs. See Inbox.
  • Two-way meeting sync. Changes to a meeting in Outlook or Google now come back to Gabriel, and changes in Gabriel go out to the calendar. Cancelling a meeting asks for a reason, and the Calendar has a refresh button. See Calendar sync.
  • Automatic Twilio setup. Gabriel creates the TwiML App for you and shows the voice request URL on the Twilio settings page.
  • Shared voicemail drops. Managers can record voicemail drops that their whole team can use.
  • Correct a meeting’s outcome after it has been logged, and permanently delete closed meetings.
  • Per-user template favourites. Starring an email template now marks it as a favourite for you only. See Email templates.
  • Inbound review: reps can pick an owner, failed items can be retried or dismissed, and new leads are checked for duplicates.
  • Calling report: managers with team scope see their team’s calls. See Calling report.
  • Tasks load faster on large lists, and Delete only appears if you have permission to delete tasks.
  • Social appears in the navigation when the social media feature is turned on.
  • Tags use their Settings colors on records, and tag suggestions are no longer capped.
  • Public booking confirmations show the real invite status, and new meeting types fill in a default title and agenda.
  • Leads show an Archived badge, can be added to a list, and the Leads list has a Converted filter.
  • The Inbox needs the View emails permission and no longer shows Gmail drafts.
  • The dark-background logo option has been removed from branding settings.
  • Deleting a contact keeps its cadence and automation history, and deleting a company permanently sends its contacts to the recycle bin.
  • Converting a lead carries its notes, emails, calls and meetings over to the new contact.
  • The call queue no longer dials people marked Do not call.
  • Logging a backdated call or meeting sets Last contacted to the date of the activity, not the time you saved it.
  • ICP scoring no longer counts Directors and Coordinators as C-Level.
  • Automations: field values and lookup conditions match correctly, Form submitted fires reliably, and Update a field can’t set a lead to Converted.
  • Opportunities use one probability for weighted forecasts, and creating a deal as Won or Lost applies its close effects.
  • Booking-link and opportunity merge fields fill in correctly in email templates.
  • Deleting an Outlook event from Gabriel no longer fails.
  • Overdue timing, follow-up tasks, callbacks on record pages and contact call notes work as expected.
  • Meetings show correctly on the Dashboard week calendar and the Tasks page, and activity reminders are sent.
  • Booking links, meeting-type lead scores and buffer limits behave correctly.
  • Permissions are applied correctly on Documents and Leads Import, reps get the right default views, and SSO invite acceptance and invite email status work.
  • Notification filters, user deactivation, the roles list, the default brand guide and the square icon logo work correctly.
  • Record delete dialogs, document link counts and deleting a pipeline with stage history work correctly.
  • Several misleading labels and messages have been corrected.
