- Link synced meetings to records. Outlook and Google meetings on the Calendar have a Linked to section, so you can attach a meeting to contacts, companies and opportunities and see it on their timelines. See Synced Outlook and Google events.
- Add people to a list by filter. On a static list, choose By filter, build rules, review the matches and add them all at once. See Add people by filter.

Improved
Section titled “Improved”- The Autotask, Twilio, AI, and Email & Calendar settings pages are split into tabs, so there’s less scrolling. On Autotask, Twilio and AI, one Save changes bar saves your changes on every tab, so you can switch tabs before saving.
- Qualifying, disqualifying, reopening or converting a lead no longer leaves an open task on your Tasks list. The task is logged as completed.
- Saving a role on Settings → Roles & Permissions no longer lets its users see and edit every list in the company. Lists go back to their owner’s scope.
- The Reply-to field when sending email to a list accepts every valid email address.
- Trial signup asks for a password of at least 8 characters up front, and signing up with Google or Microsoft finds your existing account whatever the capitalization of your email address.
