  • Send email to a list. Email everyone on a lead or contact list at once. See Send email to a list.
  • Start an automation when a tag changes. The new A tag is added or removed trigger runs when a tag is added to or removed from a lead, contact or company. See What can start an automation.
  • Import only some Autotask contacts. Add filters to choose which contacts come across and preview the matches before you import. See Import only some contacts.

Fixed

  • Dragging a block from the automation palette onto the canvas works again.
  • New Outlook events show up on the Calendar again for mailboxes connected a while ago. If part of your calendar can’t load, the page now says so and offers Try again instead of showing an empty calendar.
